Except that we do not consider natural isolates as natural because it's chemical functions change when taken from it's natural environment.

To ensure compatibility, it is recommended to perform a patch test before regular use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

 

Certain essential oils are known to be unsafe during pregnancy, for individuals with epilepsy, kidney conditions, or diabetes. If you fall into any of these categories or are pregnant, please consult your dermatologist, naturopath, or physician before using this product.

 

Patch Testing Guide

• Select a clean, unaffected area such as the inside of your wrist or elbow.

• Ensure the test area is free from any other skincare products.

• Apply a small amount of the product to the selected area. Leave it undisturbed for 24 hours—do not wash, rub, or wet the area.

• Observe the site for any signs of irritation such as redness, swelling, rash, soreness, or stinging.

• If a reaction occurs, gently wash the area with water and avoid further use until the irritation subsides. Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen.

• For extra caution, you may repeat the patch test on the same spot for an additional 24 hours.

 

If no adverse reaction (itching, redness, swelling) appears after 48 hours, the product is considered safe for use.

 

If you have sensitive or hypersensitive skin, you may wish to share the ingredient list with your healthcare provider for a professional opinion. If needed, consult your general practitioner (GP) for a referral to a dermatologist. Both GP and dermatology consultations may be accessible through Medicare and private health insurance.

Natural perfume unfolds over time, transitioning from top to base notes to create a unique scent on each wearer. Typically, the fragrance lasts between 4 to 24 hours, depending on individual skin chemistry, as these perfumes do not contain synthetic fixatives.

 

The interaction between botanical aromatic compounds and your skin produces a distinctive scent influenced by absorption and evaporation rates. Covering perfumed skin with clothing can increase absorption and reduce evaporation, extending fragrance longevity. Additionally, skin moisture levels and environmental factors like temperature affect how quickly the scent dissipates. Well-hydrated skin in a warm, dry environment may cause faster evaporation, whereas covered skin tends to retain moisture and heat, helping the scent to last longer.

 

To preserve quality, store your perfume in a cool, dark place away from heat, humidity, and direct light. Slight variations in color and fragrance are natural due to seasonal changes in raw ingredients. The typical shelf life is approximately 2 years.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination state and chosen shipping method. All domestic shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery. When free shipping is not available, the total shipping cost consists of the shipping rate plus a handling fee. Currently, standard shipping is the only option available for perfumes. Delivery times vary by location:

• NSW, ACT, NT: up to 4 business days

• VIC, QLD, SA: up to 5 business days

• WA: up to 7 business days

International Shipping:
International shipping rates vary by destination country and include tracking and signature upon delivery. When free shipping is not offered, the total cost includes the shipping rate plus a handling fee. • Western Region: up to 4 business days

• Asia Pacific and China: up to 3 business days

Wholesale Buyers

Exchanges:
Our exchange policy applies only to defective products or items damaged during transit, provided that the buyer has purchased product insurance. Products damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange. A restocking fee of 80% of the retail price applies to all replaced, exchanged, or returned items in such cases. This fee must be paid by the buyer prior to returning the product. Please contact us to discuss any concerns or issues.

 

Returns:
Returns are accepted only for incorrect orders received. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact, and returned within 7 days of the invoice date (14 days for international customers).

 

Please note that change of mind, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by the customer are not covered under our exchange or return policies. We do not provide warranties on bottle components, but minor repairs may be offered free of charge after inspection and testing by Amacyn Corporation. Customers must send the product to Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd, including a registered reply-paid postage label with the parcel. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not accompanied by a reply-paid postage label, and may require the buyer to cover return shipping costs if the item is sent back to them.

 

Contractual Agreement:
By purchasing Amacyn products, you enter into a sales contract that legally binds you to comply with Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd’s internal processes and its exchange and return policies.
