Exchange and Return Policy
Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective goods and goods lost and damaged in transit when product insurance is purchased by the buyer. A restocking fee of 50% of the retail price applies to the replaced, exchanged, and returned products in this event. This must be paid by the Buyer before shipping back the product to us. Goods damaged after receipt will not be eligible for refund and exchange. Please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have.
Our return policy is only applicable for received incorrect orders and minor repairs for defective goods. Return your unused and unopened item/s in original condition within 7 days of the invoice date (14 days for international customers). Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition with tags attached.
A change of mind, misuse of product, and wear and tear are not covered by our credit note, refund, exchange, and return policy. We do not offer warranty services on the parts of the bottle. Defective parts are covered instead under minor repairs depending on the availability of repair services. This offer is available for free to the Buyer after Amacyn Corporation has tested the parts. Minor repairs are only free 7 days after the date of purchase. The Buyer commits to posting the product to Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd with a registered "reply paid postage label" enclosed to the parcel. Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns without the "reply paid postage" and/or reserves the right to receive shipping payment from the Buyer when sending the goods back to the Buyer.
In purchasing Amacyn products you are entering a sales contract with us that legally obligates you to follow the internal process, refund and exchange and return policy, and section 9 of the terms and conditions of Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd.

Who pays for the shipping charges for returns?
All customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning damaged or defective items to us. Buyers must post the product back to Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd with a registered "reply paid postage label" enclosed to the parcel, in the event of a defective claim. Buyer commits to providing a registered mail and tracking number to Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd. We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels.
If you received incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order after you ship the incorrect product to us and after we received it. You are required to post the product to PO Box 3318 Austral 2179 NSW in good condition and email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the incorrect product we will send the correct product and email you the tracking number for your reference. We will pay the shipping cost you incurred and we carry the cost of shipping the replacement. You also have the option to get a refund to the amount of the retail price difference between the correct and incorrect product if the amount of the product you purchase is higher in value, instead of choosing the earlier process. In purchasing online and in-store you enter into a legal sales contract with us and agree to comply with our exchange and return policies and all the processes it requires.
