Exchange and Return Policy

Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective goods or goods damaged in transit. Goods damaged after receipt will not be eligible for exchange. Please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have.

 

Our return policy is only applicable for received incorrect orders. Return your unused and unopened item/s in original condition within 7 days of the invoice date (14 days for international customers). Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition with tags attached.

 

In purchasing Amacyn products you are entering a sales contract with us that legally obligates you to follow the internal process of Amacyn Corporation Pty Ltd.

 

How do I make the exchange?

Who pays for the shipping charges for returns?

 

Returns 
All customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning damaged items to us.  We recommend registered mail or express post with tracking. We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels. The postage cost to forward a replacement product will be paid by Amacyn.

 

Incorrect Orders
If you have received incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.
