This is a collection of twelve artisan perfumer candles with 180 grams and 285 grams of soy wax. The top, middle, and bottom note is captured in lux handmade soy wax candles. The total weight of the 180-gram vol candle is 476 grams including the weight of the glass jar. Burning time is 33 hours. While the 285 grams vol candle is 686 grams inclduing the weight of the glass jar. Burning time 48 hours. This candle uses essential oils for perfuming the candle. The perfume is considered non-carcinoigenic and when inhaled it does not cause discomfort and irritation. Essential oils are a healthy option compared to fragrance oils with synthetic chemicals.

Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective goods or goods damaged in transit. Goods damaged after receipt will not be eligible for exchange. Please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have.
Our return policy is only applicable for received incorrect orders. Return your unused and unopened item/s in original condition within 7 days of the invoice date (14 days for international customers). Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition with tags attached.
Our internal policy and procedures apply upon entering into a contract of sale with us and the purchaser and/or consumer are obligated to follow our internal process.

Who pays for the shipping charges for returns?

All customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning damaged items to us. We recommend registered mail or express post with tracking. We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels. The postage cost to forward a replacement product will be paid by Amacyn.Incorrect Orders
If you have received incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.
